Each Dranoff Property is designed to be a catalyst for neighborhood transformation, not just a stand-alone building. Dranoff works collaboratively with local governments, civic groups and non profits in the communities in which we build - transforming undiscovered neighborhoods into highly desirable destinations. The Ardmore Initiative and the Avenue of the Arts are just a few examples of neighborhood organizations we've partnered with to become a core part of the community.
