Dranoff Properties re-imagined a former plumbing supply warehouse as a nationally acclaimed radio station WXPN and World Café Live. World Café Live features not one, but two highly-regarded performance spaces.The downstairs music hall hosts large national acts, while the upstairs venue features a full-service restaurant. World Café Live has attracted bustling nighttime foot traffic to, and helped create over 100 new jobs in, a once-deserted urban corridor.
