CASE STUDY:
Camden Waterfront
Pioneering new precedents by defying the odds.
Hailed as “the most important project on the waterfront” by The Wall Street Journal, The Victor is the first market-rate luxury residential development in Camden, NJ in over 50 years. Once the home of the legendary phonograph, radio and television manufacturing plants, the Delaware River waterfront will soon be home to not just one, but two luxurious residential destinations — The Victor and Radio Lofts.
The introduction of The Victor became a symbol of hope for the future of Camden and its transformation was a collaborative effort. By working closely with a variety of government agencies, Dranoff Properties was able to clear development hurdles and secure financing to not only restore but revitalize the Camden Waterfront to become one of the area's most desirable residential and tourist destinations. Expertly redesigned, The Victor boasts 341 luxury loft apartments complete with ground floor restaurants, bars, shops and offices.
Building on the momentum set by The Victor, Dranoff recently broke ground on Radio Lofts, a 86-unit luxury condominium located adjacent to The Victor building. A former RCA Victor factory building, the historic renovation will serve as a residential anchor for the revitalization of the Camden Waterfront.
