Urban Transformation

CASE STUDY:
Transit-Oriented Development

Transforming the way cities grow.

Dranoff Properties is helping change the way cities grow with transit-oriented development. By building projects near transit hubs, residents can enjoy the convenience of living in close proximity to train and subway stations and the additional value it has for their lifestyle. Ardmore Station is a great example of this growing trend.

A $180 million mixed-used project in early development, Ardmore Station hopes to revitalize the historic community of Ardmore, located on Philadelphia’s Main Line. The property will host 335 residential units, upon 120,000 square feet of retail and office space – transforming the area on all sides of the Ardmore train station.

Not only will Ardmore Station ignite redevelopment to a decaying business district but it will unite two sections of the community: high-end Suburban Square shopping mall and the commercial district on Lancaster Avenue.
